How Does bioCorneum Work?

A silicone gel containing SPF 30 UV protection ingredients, bioCorneum works by binding with a scar’s outer layer of dead skin cells (the stratum corneum—hence the name), thereby protecting the tissue underneath that layer against chemical, microbial, and physical invasion. How Quickly Does bioCorneum Work?

If you apply bioCorneum as recommended—spread in a thin layer on the affected area twice per day—you should see some results within the first two months of use. For the best results, however, the recommended minimum treatment time for new scars is 60 to 90 days, and the recommended use for older scars is 90 days.
