Celebrity Plastic Surgery: Post-Pregnancy Lift for a Former Bachelorette
In this week’s issue of Life & Style, Trista Sutter—the first “Bachelorette”—revealed that she recently underwent breast augmentation and blepharoplasty, or Post-Pregnancy Lift.
Sutter told the magazine that she decided to get the surgeries because she had lost confidence in her body. After breastfeeding two children, she said, her “boobs were deflated,” and she was noticing in pictures that she “had a droopy eye”—so she consulted with a plastic surgeon in Houston to discuss her options. Ultimately, she decided on blepharoplasty to get rid of the bags under her eyes and give her eyelids a lift, and breast augmentation to lift her breasts and go up a cup size.
Sutter says that she had the surgery for herself—“just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband”—and that she’s pleased with the results.
One of the best things a plastic surgeon can hear is that their patient feels their life has been improved by their surgery; at my practice, my goal is for every one of my patients to feel just as good about their results as Trista Sutter clearly does. If you think a cosmetic procedure could help you live a more fulfilling life, consider setting up a free consultation—I’d love to meet you!
